Ingredients

butter
softened

vanilla extract

flour

cocoa powder

baking soda

tsp.
cream of tarter
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg and vanilla, then the dry ingredients.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Roll into balls, place on greased baking pan and flatten.
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
